David D. Fuller, Jr. grew up in Gainesville, Florida, where he graduated from the University of Florida, College of Business Administration in 1968. Following graduation, he served in the U.S. Navy as a carrier-based fighter-bomber pilot and flight instructor for eight years. After leaving the Navy, Mr. Fuller received his law degree from the University of Florida, College of Law and has been practicing law in the Volusia County area since May 1979.
David has vast trial experience in many areas of the law including aviation law, business litigation, general civil litigation, personal injury and wrongful death, probate litigation, real property litigation, family law, and criminal defense.
David previously served as the General Magistrate in the family courts of Volusia County. David is a family court mediator and continues to litigate all family law matters. David is also a criminal trial lawyer and has handled thousands of DUI cases. David completed the National College of DUI Defense program and has lectured on DUI related topics.
